Quick and efficiently prepared frozen dishes, dim sum.nnDishes can be a hit or a miss. Generally quite tasty and decent pricing. I would say it's a tad salty. There is a chicken dish that's good and the curried cuttlefishnnThe picture is chicken with cordyceps - avoid this dish - literally a bunch of chicken bones. Waste of money rather go to KFC for some chicken
Great variety of dumplings and dim sum dishes. There are definitely more options compared to what's listed in the pictures of the menu online. Some of the dishes are on the larger size. I easily spent over $100, on about 20 items; not sure if this is an ongoing promo, but I received a free freezer reusable bag for spending $100.nnEach package came with cooking instructions and duration. Every item tasted very fresh and comparable to restaurant quality. I definitely would return for more dim sum!nnParking was a little hectic and limited in front of the shop, I had to park in the next plaza and walk over. Line up wasn't too bad, I arrived around 10:30am on a Saturday and was 4th in line, however it quickly queued up by 11. The shop allowed no more than 4 people inside at a time in efforts to observe social distancing.nnShop was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and constantly filling up the fridges/freezers with inventory.
Tried three frozen dimsums from this place. Since my Ninja steamer is very strong, I would go 2 minutes less than the instruction to steam.nnBig shrimp inside rice dough was very enjoyable, gloutenous rice wrapped in lotus leaves were also very fresh even though it was frozennnI will return to try more for sure!
This has been my go-to frozen dim sum shop for the last 3 years or so and I have given a 5 star review previously without writing anything.nToday, I wanted to make the effort to add a few words because I thought what I observed today deserves a thumbs up.nWhile waiting in line to check out, an English speaking customer came back in to point out to the person at the cash register male, could be the owner? about a discrepancy with the receipt total. Although it was a busy time, the cashier approached the matter with a positive and sincere attitude. He finished up the current transaction and politely asked the next customer in line to give him a few minutes so he could analyze the problem purchase 2-3 bags worth of items. Oftentimes in situations like this, the cashier would immediately show annoyance or get defensive if a customer returns to point out payment discrepancies. If their English is limited, they may even get rude and yell at the customer in hope to quickly dismiss the customer in some way. The cashier here was polite when he spoke with the problem customer during the whole situation and apologized to the next customer a couple of times for having to wait. Well done! Wish this type of positive service attitude can be seen more often.
This place is super busy with a huge variety of frozen dim sum. I personally find the taste is ok. Some items are pricey. Parking is very tight and limited.
