Great gal that runs this place. I've ordered many birthday cakes through Frosted & other party treats. She is so kind and the products are delish. Try the super sugar cookie if you ever need a sugar boost. Its delish. She did it again!! She made a beautiful cake and the gentleman who waited on me carried the cake to my truck after giving me a free cup of fresh coffee. These are our neighbors in the business of being personable and keeping their customers happy and well cared for! The service is always spot on at Frosted not too mention her line of cookies, breakfast choices and goodies.
Coming from a Long Islander who has been eating bagel egg sandwiches for almost 2 decades, I've never had a sandwich as good as the one I had from here! The bagel, the egg, the cheese, was just perfect - I'm sad I didn't discover this place earlier!

We love this place! I take my son here usually once a week for breakfast before school. He loves the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. The cookies are always good, and the cupcakes are so very pretty they taste good too, but crazy super sweet. Usually 2 bites and your good., and the perfect size to share.
Best breakfast sandwich in town. The cookies and cupcakes are delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They also have a student breakfast special which has a bagel sandwich, cookie, and a drink for $8 and it is one of the best deals around especially for how high quality everything is there. Can’t wait to go back.
I messaged frosted through messenger to order a cake cause they were closed on a Monday when I wanted to order, and they were very quick to respond. They were very friendly during all interactions. The cake looked great and tasted amazing. Will definitely order my next cake from them.
I have always said this is the best breakfast sandwich spot in cortland and they make delicious bakery items! however I truly mean it today when I went to get some sandwiches and I brought my dog. I went inside to order and was waiting patiently outside with my dog until the order was ready. Not only did the kind gentleman bring my sandwiches out for me, but he also brought a treat for my dog! Exceptional service and great food.
I expected fresh cinnamon rolls and homemade fresh bagels but that's not what we got. Cookies were flavorless.
I used to make all the cakes for birthdays, but have been so busy the last year that I resorted to buying. Frosted has allowed me to still be creative, and design each cake to whomever I’m celebrating. Most of my ordering has been done through the FB Messenger App, and I never have an issue. They answer my questions, let me send a pic of my idea, and accommodate the changes and color themes I’m looking for. If they have questions they never hesitate to ask and are very prompt with details to ensure they make a perfect gift for my loved ones. They use great products in their goods, and the icing is on point. We have never been disappointed in our purchases through Frosted. The staff is equally amazing! Courteous, well spoken, and warm welcoming. The store has been clean and bright every time I’ve been in. The displays are well lit, clearly labeled, set up, and easy to choose from. I highly recommend this bakery for your sweet treats and events.
