This place has been one of my favourite gems until today. I arrived at the location to see the sign the hours had changed from 12-4 to 1-4pm. I arrived at 12:52. By the time I scanned the outdoor items I was chilly and it was 12:55 and I knew some staff welcomed me in the past as I try to support what they are doing here for folks with disabilities. However today when I knocked five mins early a young man entered and I said I do realize I'm a couple mins early but it's chilly so I wondered if I could come in a couple mins early. He said oh sure I'll ask. A woman with blond hair came to the door sternly said WE DONT LET PEOPLE IN EARLY. AND PROMPTLY SHUT THE DOOR IN MY FACE as I said ok I'll just wait outside. But as soon as I stood closing with a door in front of me I realized that's no problem I can take my money elsewhere. Clearly this person doesn't care about people supporting this location. I am shocked and appalled at this behavior I have never had this experience before here. But I won't be back without a genuine apology that was so rude. So I left. Then I spent a bunch of money at inspire art studio instead. Their loss. And who ever hired that lady should retrain and discipline such rude behavior when these are the staff these people with disabilities have to be supported by this is very concerning. In today's world I thought I would experience joy today in a local spot I have always been welcomed with joy at I was really hurt by this rudeness. Having your face be shown the door for coming to offer financial support to you venue. Shame!
Very awesome place to work at! I started here in 2018 I think and staff are very positive with helping clients with stuff till,Door,etc I learned many things here about how to count cash and till shift and that Thank you for teaching us things Frontier! ~ JSh
