Had a terrible interaction with one of the managersMila? at the consignment side. Was going to try on some sweaters but was told that I have to check my bag in before trying things on by said manager. I wouldn't mind this at all but she was very snobby and has a terrible attitude. Was overall very rude and quite frankly treated employees around her horribly. Am quite shocked that she is in a position of power. Would not recommend anyone to come here. Staff working there deserve better.
Imagine my surprise when I see the tube socks I bought on Amazon $15 for 5 pairs being sold here individually for $14.95!nnThe store has been going downhill in terms of clothing quality and customer service for years now but now they’re reselling Amazon crap at a 400% mark up… I’m good.
They accept dresses with grease stains here because it’s “designer” but not an aritzia white dress or a floral one because they are not current to this year. So I was told.nnDon’t waste your time trying to consign here. I truly believe the person who took my bag of clothes had no intentions of accepting anything because it was close to closing despite having an appointment.nnI questioned him when he said he was not accepting any of the dresses- as they are transitioning to fall clothing. Very inconsiderate of my time, when their website clearly advertises summer clothing.
Good experience, friendly helpful staff! The lady working the change rooms was so helpful and kind! Lots of big name brands to sort through, slightly more priced than some secondhand places but items I found were in really good condition and good quality!
They have a lot of cute stuff. This is an amazing store for choosing gift. They even carry Korean makeup brand. Amazing!
