My first visit and my first ever poutine. It was really good. Clean place, lots of seating. Set up is kind of cafeteria style. They can get people through pretty fast. Yeah. I'd eat here or one of their other locations again.
Lots of food for the price you pay. Tastes great. Uncomfortable atmosphere. I stopped to pick up food for my truck mate and I, and though I admit I wasn't dressed to impress, I feel as though the working crowd could maybe be more appreciated even in a fromagerie while picking up food to take out. . I felt mildly snubbed. After feeling as though it was simply myself I noticed another working individual receive the same form of distaste. Are we no longer valuable costumers? best cheese curbs ever, and you can get a poutine with the cheese at the same place. If you pass on the Highway 20, you have to stop there! plus you can fast charge your electrical car right on the side parking lot.Food: 5/5

Many rank this place has the #1 poutine, so the bar was pretty high. The cheese is great and the quality can be tasted considering the cheese, but everything else is pretty disappointing. You can have better poutine at Ashton or even at Poutini’s in Toronto. Even the grilled cheese was garbage. I could make a better grilled cheese than them in jail with my iron.

It’s not the first time my boyfriend and I go eat there. However, today I found a piece of plastic wrapper in my poutine. To me, this is unacceptable. Although, I do understand mistakes can happen so I just took it out and enjoyed my poutine. What I found terrible was the service... They had more than enough staff to deal with the long lineup of people, but the majority of them had no reaction to it. No one from the “team” took it upon themselves to excuse the expression “move their butts” and give a quick and satisfying service. The majority of them are young people starting out and I get that. However, they do not seem to have any kind of follow up with the way they are taught to give a good service. It takes them way too long to give out the orders. They are slow and in a completely different world. This is very disappointing.
Perfect place for a pit-stop. Much better than the big fast-food chains. Only thing is they somehow keep the A/C too cold, so it makes you wanna leave fast .
Good poutine especially the cheese of course.
