Honestly, I love their pizza. But. They just charged me 50 cents to cut my slab in slices!! Who does that?! No one!! The guy told me AFTER CUTTING, it’s a dollar to cut a full one and 50 cents for a half. Sorry guys, you don’t need each of my 16$ anymore. Out of principle, I’ll get pizza elsewhere. Have a good one.
22 years of buying their tomato pizza. Did they stop putting rosemary, yes. Was it better with it, yes. Do I sprinkle my own on at home, every time, yes. Do I drive 40 km for their pizza from, their oven, yes. Do I care that they run out, no. Do I care that not putting rosemary probably increases their profit margins, no. Do I bother going anywhere else, no. Apparently, you can call ahead but 95% of the time it's there. So don't tell anyone about it, ok, don't do it. But they're not your Nona. So cut it yourself, if you have a knife or pay 50 cents for Nona service.
This Cavallaro location is by far the best!!! They have the best pizza in town. So many different topping choices and it's always so fresh. I will only be coming to this one from now on! Tried the St-Charles location this weekend and was VERY disappointed See ya soon!!! :
My go-to to get fresh pizza dough and all my pizza ingredients. They have pepperoni, cold cuts, cheese, a variety of olive oils, pizza sauce, a variety of European mustards, any pasta. I love this place so much!
Amazing pizzas - must try, these are the best "rectangular" pizzas ever. We tried plain tomato, sausage and rapini, spinash, as well as meat lovers and they were all outstanding. Excellent sauce, crust and flavors. So happy I discovered these randomly.
For the love of god! Second time you stacked my “high end” pizza . Stop cheapening out! Just stop it! Got pizza sauce all over my other flavoured pizza. Next time you do it I’ll take pics for everyone to see.
This is the place to be if you are serious about Italian cooking. With excellent and various choice on cheese, olive oil , balsamic vinegar and any delicate gastronomic ingredients, you will find it. For catering , house party and events, the on site bakery specialized in pizza, bread and unforgettable items will make you a returning customer. This is the most successful tenant in the market since its opening, a landmark.
Disappointed because there were only a few pizzas left by noon. They should have more available on a Saturday. Plus the lineup for the cash was ridiculous. Too many unmasked people in very, very cramped quarters.
Fantastic Italian pantry with unique specialty products. The deli section has a generous selection of cold cuts as well as cheeses which are from various different countries and good Quebec selection as well. Staff was friendly and courteous. Make it a point to drop in if you are at the market.
It is a great italian grocery. Very fresh and authentic products. The pizza was a bit underwhelming in that the crust was dry and even if vegetarian the top greasy. Small tweaks and this could be truly.amazing.
