This place is definitely worth the drive the ice cream is phenomenal Some of the best treats in town not to mention this place was voted one of the best in the state of Wisconsin You could get an ice cream counter bigger than your face Big ice creams small bucks If you know what I'm saying
We went on a Sunday at around 3. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was packed both inside and at the drive thru. They only accept cash as payment so make sure you have some before you go in or you'll be disappointed/heading to the ATM. We ordered and sat out front, there is no seating inside. We didn't notice until we were leaving that they have picnic tables out back where you can sit in the shade. Very large portions with reasonable prices. Definitely a must visit if you like soft serve ice cream! We will be back!
Great place for cold treats in Sherwood. For the size of the cones, shakes etc you get a lot for your money. If you get a large cone you may not be able to finish it due to its size. You can sit in front and watch the cars or sit in the back on one of the picnic tables and hang with the local cows in the field. Thank those cows for your treat while your at it! For those that are expecting inside upscale seating and to pay with credit card they have neither, this is your basic family owned ice cream shop and without the credit cards those fees are not passed on to the customer. Service has always been good when we have been there. It can be busy in the summer so be prepared to stand in line outside. There is a drive thru also.
Still lives up to its awesome sundaes! Got a regular sized turtle sundae for $5+. Tasted so good and so filling, almost couldn't finish it! Only drive thru or walk up. Wonderful sitting area with picnic tables amongst grass, trees and rock flower garden behind it. Plenty of room for kids to run around. Like a rest stop, but no bathroom.
I like the idea of cash only ice cream places, so I enjoyed Frogg's. It has that small town feel from the minute you walk in. Staff was friendly and the prices were fair. I didn't see anything that sets it apart from other ice cream places but it's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.
This is a great stop if you’re in ice cream lover. They give you a heaping mound of ice cream and it’s delicious. Hoping to go back again.
Delicious soft serve. Pleasant staff. Awesome view in the back for picnics. We got to eat ice cream with some cows. My daughter loved it!
What a great little ice cream shop! Perfect for a summer afternoon with the family with prices you can afford
May as well call it custard, it is that good! First visit. I chose the strawberry sundae, daughter had the toad on a log, ice cream, hot funded and delicious brownie. Next time I will order an extra brownie on the side. The drive-thru is convenient but sit out side to take in the small town. Feels like a Hallmark movie, church bells ringing, farm silos in the distance…. Check their hours. CASH ONLY!
