J'ai eu l'occasion d'aller au Fritou Loretteville à quelques reprises depuis que je suis déménagé dans la région et jusqu'à maintenant, j'ai toujours été très satisfait de la nourriture. Le poulet est excellent!! Le service a toujours été correct aussi, rien à redire à ce niveau là.

Service très amical, et très rapide! Bonne ambiance. Bon chauffage, parfait pour le climat hivernal québécois.

La serveuse chialait que j'ai demandé un 10 morceaux sans avoir commandé a l'avance , il n'avait pas d'ailes pour un autre client et elle a chialé contre un client téléphonique qui demandait d'avoir assez de poulet dans son repas en plus de pois verts ... c'est pas agréable quand on est présent en train de manger ... le reste ..cetait chaud et bon ! Dommage on a pas envie d'y retourner ...

Service très désagréable, première fois que nous y allons. En arrivantt la caissière dit à sa collègue, de manière très explicite : "bon bien c'est pas la que je vais continuer mon ménage esti...". Déjà super plaisant. On regarde le menu, c'est notre première fois, on se fait dire au bout de 3-4min. : " Allez vous commander oui ou non" nous ben on regarde le menu et anyway on est tu censé être pressé ? Il est 21h. Vous ne fermer pas à 22h?"... Caissière :" oui mais faut que je fasse mon ménage la fake commandez vous où?"( Tous sa d'un air super le fun ...) Donc pressés par la bonne femme on sait "décidés" Arrivés chez nous car on ne voulait pas manger là-bas. 2 morceaux passable et 2 grammants secs pas mangeable avec des frites dures et une sauce tiède-froide,et tout sa pour 21$ avec taxe Résumé : SERVICE + BOUFFE DE MARDE
