Aggressive driver cutting in and out of traffic today speeding and not letting people merge cut me off while I was driving with my pregnant wife and he decided to keep swearing When we got beside him he even had the audacity to say he didn’t care if he got fired. No website, no phone operator, even customer support is unhelpful. I've been trying to get ahold of this distribution center for a month and at this point, I've decided Costco would be a more reliable option.
If you have to deliver you better not be in a hurry because you may stand in front of gate for a long time before someone finally lets you in. Phone number posted goes always to voicemail it's very annoying. I've wasted as much as an hour waiting there.
Terrible company that cut costs at the expense customer service. Forcing small companies to order what ever they think is best and shorting you with what you really need to fill Walmart and Grocery stores shelves instead . Plus you cant get hold of anyone that will help you. Would be out of business if it wasnt owned by billionaires. SMALL business...dont waist your time....outsource..margins are terrible too as they price tag all their products.
Delivery driver was shouting at me in the Tim Horton's drive through at 5:45am in Penticton, BC on April 23rd. I guess he thought I was taking too long but the second drive through was empty. Anyways, don't shout obscenities while in a company vehicle.
