Hands down absolutely amazing and delicious food! The atmosphere was fun, clean and super inviting! The guy at the counter was super helpful while we made decisions on what to order! The waiter who continue to visit our table was also helpful and wonderful! If you enjoy Cuban cuisine then this is most definitely hands-down the best Cuban burger that you will have ever had! Along with the ultimate plantain nachos! The margaritas were delicious as well, and the milkshakes were amazing!
Great food! Absolutely worth the wait. The batidas are insane, tastes like fresh ice cream with fruit, highly recommended. Even the slaw was delicious. The Cuban sandwich was probably one of the tastiest I’ve had, the thick cut of bacon sent it over the top. Lots of places to eat in Ann Arbor but this is a must visit, I’ll be coming back!
Good place to grab a quick bite whenever visiting Ann Arbor. The best part of being here was the atmosphere. This place was welcoming, clean, and lively. The service staff were very nice. The fruit shakes were very good, would recommend those during the hot summer days. The Cuban sandwich was ok; not the style with thick cut fluffy roast pork like some places in Chicago. The meat was in thin slices but at the same time was a bit tough during my visit.

I think most people would rank @fritabatidos as their top restaurants to go to in A2, and I would definitely recommend any visitor to go here. The Cuban inspired burgers and smoothies are super delicious and special to the place itself. Always add a sunny side up! It is definitely on the pricey end for U of M students, but when I was in school I would always go when I wanted to treat myself!
The line moves fairly quickly but the food takes about ten minutes to come out once ordered. There is no soda option so you will be drinking alcohol or water which is in a refillable glass bottle on the table - seems a little unsanitary. The burgers are very yummy with or without the mayo they provide - watch out for the jalapeños - they add them normally. I recommend the beef over the chicken and/or fish. The fish is a little… loose? It has a weird consistency. The fries are amazing - I wouldn’t call them shoestring but think McDonald’s thickness with the flavor of a boardwalk fry - delicious. Get the guacamole. They “chips” they provide are great - almost no banana flavor. Don’t get the kid’s grilled cheese - it is a waste.
I absolutely loved the food. Twas very much on point. 0 issues from me. My partner and I loved it. A bit pricey but flavor was worth it. Seating inside and outside. Staff is always there to help. Nice aesthetic as well.
First time here. Super friendly service and great food. Many vegetarian and vegan options. Food was super fresh, clean, and full of flavor! Large seating area with separate bar on otherwise of restaurant. Very nice bright clean and up beat. Will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends
I can't get over how awesome this food was! We dropped by randomly wanting some lunch after doing some shopping and was amazingly surprised by how delicious this place is. We got the loaded plantains and a double beef loco style. Though I highly recommend the plantains and the burgers were fantastic and cooked to perfection I cannot recommend getting a double as it was just too much food :P so unless you're REALLY hungry just get a regular haha. Though even though we struggled to eat it all it was so damn good! In the end I highly recommend this place and would love to go back again and try more :P hopefully am in the area again as it was fantastic!
We were in town visiting our kids who live in Ann Arbor and our daughter-in-law took us here. It was such a fun atmosphere as well as amazing food! All the people who worked there were so friendly and I appreciated that!
