Really fun ice cream shop specializing in more elevated ice cream sandwiches. The double chocolate and the chocolate chip cookie versions were soft and creamy. I would love to see versions without the jam as well. I’m an old school ice cream sandwich gal…I just need a thick cookie and the ice cream.

Came across this delightful dessert place after having a meal. Wandered in and the man behind the counter was very welcoming and friendly, walking me and my girlfriend through all of the cookie and gelato options for the sandwiches. They were absolutely delightful. The pretzel cookie with the salted caramel dip was fantastic! Next time I head to Montreal this is a must visit. I'd highly recommend it to anyone that wants to try something a little different for dessert!

Amazing discovery on a hot day in Montreal, an ice cream sandwich place! There were so many choices and the staff took their time to answer any of our questions in English regarding the flavour combinations and what was offered. From ice cream sandwiches to gelato and cookie dough, you can't go wrong with the choices at Frisquet! Everything was displayed very well and clearly can see the products offered. With quite the selection of flavours, we ended up getting the Bretzel-Caramel Pretzel cookies with Vanilla Gelato filled with caramel and the Classique Vegan Option: Chocolate chip cookies with Vanilla Gelato filled with Raspberry coulis. Both tasted so good and were so worth it! We would come back again to try other flavours like Croustade aux pommes Apple Pie: Cinnamon cookies with Apple gelato filled with Apple caramel and Choco-Bleuet Vegan Option: Chocolate cookies with Chocolate gelato and Blueberry coulis. They change up their flavour of the month so make sure to try it while you get the chance.

The man working was extremely helpful and explained each and every flavour in English! We could only get one flavour this time but we will definitely be back to try the seasonal flavours. This will be our first stop next time we visit Montreal!

We picked up a few ice-cream sandwiches. 2 were premade and were great. The other one was assembled for the order... The cookie was much harder than the premade ones, resulting in the ice-cream being pushed out the sides when biting down.

Amazing! Homemade cookies and ice cream keep me coming back. Plus different monthly flavors that the owner keeps innovating, even through winter! I can't get enough!

Extremely disappointing. I had the passion fruit cheesecake ice cream sandwich and the cookies were dry and really overpowered the ice cream. The ice cream itself was quite nice but just too subtle to be paired up with two cookies.

Went there yesterday with my boyfriend. Loved everything we tried. The salted caramel hot chocolate is amazing! Shoutout to the brownie dough

While we initially thought it sounded a bit pricey before trying it out, this is our third order of DELICIOUS gelato sandwiches. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Highly recommend the Pretzel Caramel Sandwich, which we had requested dipped in dark chocolate. Simply succulent. The Crunchy Amaretto gelato was a delightful surprise, a favorite must try when it's not sold out. Frisquet is an absolute gem and the owner brings the artisan's touch to everyone's favorite frozen treats at a fair price.

Had the chocolate chip cookie dough and the birthday cake cookie dough and they were both amazing. I really good portion size too. Definitely worth it
