Love renaissance and it’s full of good finds. But their store policy of not being able to price things off the floor has RUINED THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. Really irritating to begin with when I find something I’d really like to buy with no price etc. 24-48 hr wait with no hold nbut the last straw is the policy being so strict that they can’t price something out of my crying nephews hands! Very distressing to see that happen to a mother and child. NOT COOL.
INFURIATING experience. My son was extremely attached to a small doll he found that was not priced. Instead of pricing the item that was probably worth $2, the cashier took it away from him. He was crying his eyes out, it was heartbreaking. I understand this is not her fault, it is a store policy. However, this is not a good policy. Do better Renaissance.
6 novembre 2024 evening...I dont know the name of 2 employés unfortunately but the one at trying room and other one looks like superviseur are super rude! They started to accused me of stealing some cheap bijoux wich costed 3$ because I put them in my pocket before trying some clothing...come on! First of all the shop never payed a price to get there stuff its all donated...and you don't speak rude and accusing customers like this without any reason! Not the first time I see the employés there being rude and unrespectful to customers!
Spend 1,5 hours to found a good skirt. They did not sale it as it has no price tag. While the skirt is from the skirt section as 4 other skirts I took to try on. The woman at the dressing room even did not give me to try it on
Cant sell you when they dont have price on them envwn kids toys cant make decision on that it suck
