I was surprised that the cashier would not sell me an item because the price tag had fallen off. Apparently she has to send the item back to headquarters for reprocessing to put another price tag and then they'll send it back, eventually. Really? Seems like an extremely inefficient system considering items were donated for free. Items have generic prices. Why not just take a similar item and use that price? It's not like I was at Holt Renfrew or the Pottery Barn... Which I cannot afford to shop there. They lost a sale and lost a customer. Some of these items they get everything for free! have little resale value except to the person interested in purchasing it. It was a $7 table cloth!!! Very disappointed
This used to be a place to get gardening supplies. I would always find pots for my plants at very low price not any more.nnI saw terracotta pots for $25 ...the customer service guy at the store was very ill mannered . He did not have a badge on his jacket so don't know his name.nnI won't recommend this store. Has Something has happened in the past few months ? Has the management changed ? This store is not the same.nnI donated a lot of things to this store . Not anymore.
Well stocked. Large and not overcrowded, making it fairly easy to navigate with my cane. Items are logically laid out and there is clear signage throughout. Prices, however, are inflated — something that seems to be infecting all thrift stores these days
What is going on with the prices??nThere needs to be a discussion with a store manager about pricing.nA bag that Retails for 10 is marked for 40nToys that should be less than 1 are listed for 6 and 7$ more.nnAnd then a week later they re tag the item at a prices lower.nnI understand our money is helping employees but don't encourage people to buy new. The purpose of this store is for environmental use as well. You are encouraging waste at this point.nnAlso if the employees call friends to come pickup nice things at the door. It makes the store look un professional. Be respectful to all clients, not only friends of the store
Price is too high, went there to shop for my niece on a budget. With those prices, might as well buy brand new. However, they’re prices are much more competitive than any other thrift store in laval in regards to quality.
