I had an appointment for eyebrow tinting and when I got to the shop it was lovely and the receptionist was super sweet. When Caitlin came out, she didn't introduce herself, didn't say hello, and didn't wait for me to catch up with her before walking to the back. She didn't ask me any questions other than what colour I wanted. I tried to make conversation with questions about the service and was met with very little response. It made for a very silent and extremely uncomfortable appointment. And when I left, I still had dye around my eyebrows, so I couldn't go out anywhere before doing my makeup, which I hadn't expected. However, the eyebrow hairs themselves all seem to be dyed, and the service itself was very quick and efficient and seemed well priced. I was just very disappointed in the cold and off-putting customer service. If I go back, it will not be to Caitlin.

Always a lovely experience! All the staff are friendly and welcoming and Nicole is great at waxing. Love the atmosphere :)

Kristen is amazing ! Best pedi I ever had and she is extremely pleasent and charming and made me laugh. 10/10 and knows it all!

Went in feeling anxious and nervous because i had never really been waxed beforw but everyone was super friendly and made it a pleasant experience.
