I haven't ever eaten here before and I have to say I really enjoyed myself, I got a burger with fries. I also split the mini mozzarella sticks with my significant other and they were so fresh and delicious!
Our server Jennifer was great. I highly recommend the Friendly's in cortland NY .
Waitress was extremely rude, manager was also very rude, poor service. You could hear yelling going on between manager and host in the back. Multiple people waited at the door for probably 5-10min before being acknowledged!

Don't order delivery. They messed up our order twice and are "not responsible for it" when you're missing items from your food and can only make you drive to get your food.
