These guys are extremely accommodating and step up when we order for our PAC movie nights. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pizzas are always ready on time, despite having so many orders to keep on top of. As well as this, they are generous enough to offer a discount for us to help the PAC. Highly recommended.
Ordered 2 of the To-Good-To-Go pizzas on the app. Each is supposed to include 8 slices of pizza that wasn't sold. The girls working decided to only put 6 slices in 1 pizza and 7 in the other and space them apart to "look full". Are you serious??? Very disappointed and unacceptable. Either they couldn't fulfill the 2nd pizza or they purposely frauded the sale.
Monday Apr 10 8:10PM. I was finishing a phone call before walking in to buy some pizza. But then I saw the female worker touching her phone with with her bare hands constantly while working with the pizza dough. Disgusting. Some teens were in the shop before me. One of them asked the worker if her cellphone could be charged using the power outlet in the back. When they needed to leave, the worker returned the teen’s cellphone and charger to her worker was wearing gloves, then proceeded to put toppings on another pizza without changing the gloves… So I went to Panago instead and had a delicious meal lol.
Ordered pizza day before for a lunch with the group. Arrived 10 min b4 pickup time, the pizzas were ready right on time. The group devoured them with only a few leftovers. Especially enjoyed the bbq chicken and bacon. Thank you for a great lunch. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I requested delivery. Staff said would have to check with driver—never got back to me. I called back, tried to order 2 med pizzas and cheese bread—and they started questioning how many kilometres away I was? I live in Port Moody. Store is in Newport Village. Never, ever, ever again. Terrible.
