Freshii

I've given up on this location. They seem to forget something with our order every time. Protein, veggies or sauce seems to be missed. It's the closest one to our house and we've decided not to bother going. If you decide to order just watch them make it so you don't get it wrong.Food: 3/5

Delicious and healthy option in Bolton. The area has no shortage of fast food burger and shawarma restaurants, but if you’re looking for a healthy option Freshii is your best, if not your only choice. They have a variety of bowls, wraps, and salads. Almost all options can be vegetarian, with the choices to add chicken, steak, or falafel. They also make wonderful smoothies and fresh juices. A kids menu has plenty of good choices for the little ones.

First time trying! Food was amazing! Teriyaki twist I had. Want to try it all. Staff soo friendly. I will definitely go back!

Biggest issue with this location is the consistency in the builds. From the dozen or so times I've been there, the most common concerns are little to no sauce, ingredients are missing forgot the cheddar cheese today, or they don't even have an ingredient in stock no avocado's last time I went in. My burrito was pretty much all rice and some beans, with a bit of corn and a couple pieces of tomatoes. Hoping you guys can get it together and do better next time!

I enjoy going into Freshi and enjoying the food and good service. Taylor is very friendly and makes me feel welcome.

Over the past couple of visits to Freshii in Bolton, the food quality has been inadequate to what a customer should expect. Firstly, the past 4 times my food that I order terryaki twist bowl has been dripping with terryaki sauce, as the lid has not been put on properly. Much worse then this though, is the disappointment when I order a bowl and it comes back missing ingridents or when the bowl is barley filled up. I use to always buy this and it use to be a substantial amount but the last 4 times the portions have been extremly small and the bowls have been filled up to not even half. Every other freshii location I go it is a good size portion and I never see to have a issue with missing ingredients, meanwhile the Bolton location is barley full, leaking, missing ingridents, and worst of all is that this is all a repetitive incident. Seeing that it has been a repetitive incident, I am wondering if this portion size will continue and the lack of care and preparation for people’s orders will be the new standard. Usually a first time incident I wouldn’t write a review but given the circumstance of a repeating issue along with the only issue I’ve had is at the Bolton location, I feel it needs to be shared. My hope is for this issue to be fixed so I can go to my local freshii and support my local business , without having to walk out disappointed.

Second time with issues. First time missing ingredients so credited a bowl for next time. This time almost half a cup of water at the bottom of the bowl, soggy overripe tomatoes. Yeah I’m done no chance for a third strike.

A very busy location. I ordered through the App and had wait a few minutes. I recieved my order and was not happy with the quality of the smoothie. They re-made the smoothie and the result was the same. Apart from that, the rest of the meal was very good and I will return there sometime soon.

My usual go-to when I'm looking for a healthier lunch option, but double check your orders. This is the 2nd time they've forgotten to add the protein & I've not noticed till I go to eat.

The teriyaki twist is my fav! Definitely recommend. We come here often and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
