Freshii at the Smart Centre on Laird is consistently fresh and delicious. We always have the pleasure of being served by Kanica who is so friendly and efficient. She always remembers my son and me, and welcomes us back. I love the Oxaca bowl while my son enjoys the Tex Mex burrito. Definitely try the peanut butter energy bites and delicious smoothies while you're there! Plenty of parking available in the huge shared parking lot.

Oh man I don't know what to say. Their food is super delicious. And very filling. My favourite is their ginger shot! The Oaxaca bowl is my go to! It's a little pricey. But a great healthy choice.
I go to this Freshii 3-4 times per week since it opened a few years ago and I have never had any issues. The staff is friendly, the store is very clean, and the food is always fresh. They have a great core menu and change up limited time offerings like tacos and chili where else can you get these on the go other than Taco Bell yuk!. During COVID some staff turned over and there were some new faces but people need to be patient and tone down the 'hangry' reviews as they aren't flipping frozen burgers. Their menu has more ingredients than any other fast food place I've been too and it is extremely customizeable which is fantastic. Although customers need to be realistic - I see customers ordering menu items with 10 modifications no this, add that; sub this for that; make it gluten free; half dressing on the side; don't let this touch that; etc and expect the order to be ready in 2 minutes. Great place for healthy food on the go - tastes great and it is ready fast - just not McDonalds fast. Highly recommend.
Automated cashier was weird. Too much teriyaki sauce
Came for a cheap, quick, comforting soup and got warm water over sad vegetables and noodles. Yellowing broccoli, thin strands of carrot. Chicken was seasoned but clearly with different flavors than the soup and was dry af. Like, chokes you on the way down dry. It’s freshii. I’m not expecting AMAZING food, but typically a franchise has some dependable consistency in its food that you feel you can quickly pick up something decent and not overthink anything. This was not the case. This location was pure trash.
The Teryaki bowl is really bad, it does not taste at all at other Freshi locations I ordered. The rice is not the same, it has minimum veggies, and it does not taste good.
At first I couldn’t tell if the store was opened or closed. I peeked through the window and saw no one working, though the sign did say it was open. To my surprise the door opened and an employee emerged from the back/stock area. The food tasted great and the employee had an amazing attitude. Unfortunately the atmosphere, decor,and ambiance were a total miss. There was almost no energy.
DO NOT GO. NOT SANITARY! The girl today was making my bowl with gloves on, came back to me to take my cash, proceeded to give me my change, and I told her she can keep it, she put the change in the container, and then without hesitation, she dug her hands in all the food bins. After, I told her that she didn’t change gloves between money and food, and she just said sorry and walked away and didn’t offer to make me a new one or anything. Also, she was video calling a naked guy and left him propped up on the counter where I could see. Please, for your own health, do not go here!!!!!
I went in today and the MANAGER of the store was so rude to me and on the phone with some random man I presume is her boyfriend. She totally ignored my request for additional avocado and the food was not worth the money. I won’t be spending my money here ever again and neither should you.
