It was $54 for a bowl, a wrap, a can of coconut water, and a smoothie. The wrap fiesta was about the size of an iPhone 5 mostly bent up tortilla with few toppings The bowl panagoa? was maybe 1/2-1/3 full, no where near the fill line. The cilantro was black and wilted, and the avocado had an odd texture and flavour, and some of the tomatoes were mouldy. I am not sure why they have dome lids for their salads and burrito bowls as they do not fill them up anyway. ** only ended up eating part of the salad before I tasted mould so I threw the last bit out The smoothie was not even filled to the lowest fill line, when I asked for them to fill it up with the smoothie that was clearly still in the blender, they took my smoothie back, poured it back into the blender reblended and handed back to me with less than I started out with. The food was “eh” before I realized it was mouldy. we both felt more hungry after eating than we did before.
Very disappointing and I won’t be back. Looks like they scraped the bottom of the barrel for our Buddha bowls. Almost no veggies, gross looking sticky noodles, and not much else. And it cost $58 for what looks like leftovers from the fridge.
Wish I hadn’t The employee that took our order was visibly impatient and did not ask if we wanted a beverage. He talked on his phone hands free while preparing our food. We stated we were sharing the Cobb wrap and kale Caesar salad and requested a second plate. There were no eggs in the Cobb salad wrap, no dressing that we could identify on the Caesar salad which turned out to be a quinoa salad with some kale. The salad was dry and unappetizing. The wrap had a lump of bacon on one side and nothing on the other. The extra plate was a take out lid. The restaurant was dirty and empty. I’m sure I know why it was empty. The employee sat on a stool and continued to talk on the phone while we ate. When I spoke to the manager I was informed that he trained his staff well and this was a new employee. I don’t think he heard my message. This restaurant won’t survive long if they continue operating the same way
This place used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Now, the quality of service and food has gone so downhill, I cannot justify going here especially with how pricey it is. You are better off to buy all your own fixings at the grocery store then to pay way too much for the food here. I will give the strawberry banana smoothie 5 stars, as they do use fresh ingredients and delicious tasting frozen yogurt, but again, way overpriced and every visit I've had in the last 3 months the frozen yogurt machine was "broken".
Ordered from here yesterday and was super disappointed. Ordered a Cobb salad and the lettuce was wilting and rotten along with most of the vegetables. Didn't receive the extras I ordered with it either. Have always had good experiences here until yesterday.
I usually order ahead on the app, the food is always good but I would say 95% of the time I order, there is something missing, or an instruction was not followed dressing on the side. It's not a huge deal but it happens so often that it's super frustrating! It's honestly pretty rare when I get exactly what I've ordered lol.
SUPER disappointed with the service. I never make reviews, as I’ve been a server and understand how hard it can be. But this employee said he was “new” which is totally understandable however he made no attempt to show me a menu while the tv’s we’re down and chose to make multiple skip the dishes orders which came in AFTER I came in as I saw him look at his screen while I was trying to make my order. I then sat in Freshii for over 30minutes waiting to receive my order. I’ve been here many times before and usually the food is ready within 5-10 minutes so this seemed crazy to me. If an employee is that new I would recommend still having someone training them.
Tried it for the first time today after reading all good reviews. When I walked in both of the workers a guy and a lady were on their phones. He came and helped, but the lady stayed and was on her phone the whole time even when I can see, she finally turned away when she realized I was watching her. How unprofessional when people are on their phone. Also I usually love lemongrass kind of soup, but the veggies were not tender at all, the tiny soup is not worth 11 dollars, there's hardly any flavor, and very disappointed. Soup was luke-warm. Never coming back again!
I m no t a food expert but I was hungry and I like well seasoned food that actually has taste. I was sceptical when I went here as I m not really a Heath kinda guy but I got a burrito and I m telling you this was to big for me to finish even thou I really wanted to finish it I couldn't eat another bit, it was great seasoned and tasted way better then the burritos I had at any other fast food place. It was a little busy when I went there line moved really fast which was surprising since it was 1 person working the orders, food making, and the till I was very impressed with the work ethic of this female worker. I wished to asked her name but didn't want to be that guy.long story short. Great food, fast from when I ordered and there smoothies were great, never had nuts in my smoothie but. I would recommend it to anyone
Nothing better than a nice warm soup on a cold day. They use quality healthy ingredients for their food . Service is consistently good and friendly
