Convenient and deliciously healthy food centrally located downtown. Staff are excellent and the restaurant is clean and inviting. Outdoor and indoor seating. Highly recommend if you need a quick bite but don’t want to compromise on quality.
I went during lunch hour on a Thursday. There was one order in front of mine and I was there almost 20 minutes waiting for a wrap. The employees move painfully slow and all of them had to look up the ingredients while making it. The Freshii in Vancouver tasted way better than the one I got here and I ordered the same thing. Snails move faster than the employees at this location.
I often go there and order foods but tbh, the food quality is 8/10 but the customer service is 10/10! I really like their positive energy! It makes me happy! I’ll come back again for sure.
Broughton & Douglas location, it is currently 6:12pm. The sign says they close at 7pm. I walked in and the girl at the counter said they close in 30 minutes and refused to make me anything. I wish I could stop serving customers 45 min before my work closes, but we have to serve people right up until closing time! Seemed to me like they just didn't want to do anymore work. Sucks. I work right around the corner and come to this location very often for lunch. I guess dinner isn't an option!
I know there’s a labour shortage and these kids are not making much money, but we just sat there waiting for 2 smoothies while the staff did NOTHING for 15 minutes. Grateful the supervisor gave us a refund without question - but seriously, don’t go if in a rush.
Excellent food, friendly staff, very clean! My girlfriend and I ordered the teriyaki bowl and a fiesta salad. The food was Chris, fresh, delicious, the spices were excellent. It’s nice to finally go somewhere for “fast food “that is actually healthy and filling. A place that does not break the bank and meet everybody’s needs, whether it’s vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, or other.
Like their smoothies. Super tasty! The glitch is SO many app issues. Thought points would be great since I go a lot but when I tried to use it - app doesn't function well at this store. So went in & tried to order with staff helping. No one knew what to do or how to work the app or how to scan for payment. Or process order for points or any management to support them. They all just got frustrated & handed me a receipt that they weren't sure who to call for help. So.
UPDATE - got their soup in a ceramic bowl - just wow. Spicy lemongrass broth. Also the coconut chia pudding - sweet healthiness. And since I’m feeding the body goodness, got the Oaxaca bowl as well. And they’re kind enough to hold off on making the mango/strawberry froyo until after we’re done the main course...this is JOY. Woohoo! Freshii is in town! And it’s got frozen yogurt. And soon to have fat tug beer ;-. It opens up officially this Monday, April 9th at 8 am!! Update - just had the BiiBlos bowl with both chicken and beef - AWESOME. Hit the spot for a healthy, hearty meal. And yes, I finished off with fro-yo with all the toppings. Yummy. What amazing, friendly staff.
Very bad customer service!! I got my tex max wrap yesterday july 19,2022 at 6:30pm. I ordered thru the app, after getting it, there was 2 ingredients missing. Not a big deal though if it is happen first time unfortunately, it was my 3 rd time on douglas location. Watch for your stuff, because if you call to let them know they will hangup the phone on you lol. Not gonna come back on this location for sure. Langford location has good services, same owner could have done some better job on douglas location as well. I m ordering same food from last one year never had issues except in last few months.
Freshii is an awesome place to get the healthy, delicious fix you're looking for! I got the Teriyaki bowl and Freshii Green smoothie. I loved it! Stunning atmosphere with friendly faces all around. Would highly recommend a visit.
