Awful customer service from the manager/owner. Employees were apologetic. Second and last visit. $12 for some quinoa and a small amount of vegetables. Heavy handed on the sauce too sweet, the chicken isn't the right texture, probably reconstituted. Wanted extra $$ for olives/veg changes despite asking for them as I ordered, forced quinoa substitution on me. No listed price on menu for extra/different veg.
Yumm, I literally love this place! I finally got to try the banana crunch smoothie & it was delicious. My only issue is that I ordered the drink, and then whatever was left in the blender was put out on the counter as free samples. Meanwhile my cup could have just been filled up to the top. No big deal!
The person who made my order was really cheap. He stuffed the bowl with rice and minimum amount of veggies in it. I mean really? This is what they give you for $12 spent? I will never go back to this location again. Please note, I didn't want to give any star.
I ordered Buddha Satay with falafel. The salad was tasty but the falafel tasted bad. Overall I paid $11 for this dish and so not worth it. When I had it last year the portion was bigger.

The guy working here don't have sense how to talk with delivery driver. He uses abusive language with me. The head of freshi should tale strick action against him. I was thinking he was nice guys but he resulted to be worst guys I have ever been. Although I have reported to the uber also .
I have eaten to other locations and this one gives you half portions. You only get half of what you are supposed to get.
Good service, but the bowls are smaller and not many toppings compared to other freshii. the only thing that has me going to this location is convenience.
Ordered the texmex bowl and the 3/4 of the bowl was cold dry rice. The rest of the 1/4 were beans, salsa, corn and cheese. Considering the total quantity was questionable to begin with. Not a good experience
I usually get the same wrap every time. This time my wrap was poorly executed. There was almost nothing but rice. I ended paying 10$ for plain rice. All the ingredients I asked explicitly to be added to my wrap were basically missing. I would not recommend and I would never return to this location. Bummer!
