Been shopping here for a decade. Employees do a good job and when you need something not stocked they do a good job trying to find it for you in the back. Cashiers are also polite and friendly and do a good job keeping the lines moving even when it’s a real busy time of the week
Ivie is the most unpleasant cashier I’ve ever encountered, at any establishment. I understand that there are limitations to the price matching program but it’s literally like she wants you to be wrong about the item you’re trying to price match. She has this air of arrogance surrounding her always and it’s extremely off putting. I’m saying this as someone who has personally worked at another Freshco location and genuinely understands how price matching works — I’m also not the kind of customer that causes scenes or gets angry when a price match isn’t accepted. I understand that sometimes people have bad days but I’ve been shopping here for 3 years now and while I go out of my way to try to avoid having her as my cashier, every once in a while they do a shift change or switch lanes and it doesn’t seem like anything has changed with her. The other cashiers do their job of making sure your price match aligns with the stores polices but their attitude towards customers is either neutral or welcoming. Seems like she needs to be retrained regarding customer service because you can tell she hates her job.
I have been to so many FreshCo stores in Brampton but this location always disappoint me. Fruits, vegetables and meat items are never fresh, store looks filthy, over crowded most of the time, and items are kept in a very unorganised manner. Store size is also small in comparison to other FreshCo and that's also a reason why it feel congested. If you have time, skip this one and visit the one on Bramalea and Sandalwood and you will thank me for it :
I had been searching for a specific item for quite a while and was unable to find it anywhere. Thankfully, Steve helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I truly appreciate his support and excellent assistance. Thanks a lot, Steve!
Visited them yesterday…. I have no clue what has gone into all the staff …. I have been visiting the same place twice weekly for the past 10 yrs…… There is something chaotic about it now…..nThere was no price mentioned on many items… when I asked a couple of the staf members they just nodded their heads and walked away earlier they used to be super super friendly and extremely helpful…. They used to leave their work and come forward to help you things….. … After I saw many items unlabelled, I went to the most senior lady….. and she replied…. You have to bring both the 10 lb weight sacs here to me and only then I can give you the price difference between the two….I was so shocked at her brainy customer service……. I can see that they are spending on printing new SCENE shirts and new SCENE FLYERS AND CARDS ETC ….. but if I will get this level of rude behaviour and difficult to purchase environment, I have many other options, just yards away from them…nnFollowing are the pics…. I am not bill gates, who might pick up things without knowing the prices….. and this is the country with 13% hst…..
