I never came here when they first opened because I was loyal to Safeway. I have been coming lately because it's closer and I can get Scene points. As for today...I picked up a few things because they were on sale, but when it came to the Diet Ginger Ale...they did not have any...so I put my other things back and left.
When it opened it was 5 star shopping experience! Now a mere 1star! Management does not keep on top of clearing sidewalks, older blonde cashier who sits on her stool is the most ignorant human being! I don't know if there's been an occasion where my experience with her was pleasant or in the least tolerable! Management has gone downhill steadily, while treatment of customers at the 33rd location started great and REMAINS stellar, to this day! Almost everytime I am unfortunate enough to have stopped into the confederation location...I simply shake my head at my own stupidity for bothering! I hear a new store may be opening on the west side, I hope the rumors are true and that they are half of the wonderful experience at the 33rd location!
This is humiliating. They block the carts when leaving the store area. Do I have to carry the bags in my hands to the central parking lot? You are not customer friendly. Solve your problems with the carts not at the expense of the customers. We will not come to you. There are many other decent stores
The two turban wearing Indian securities at freshco are so so so bad. I’ve been going to Safeway and freshco for years with no issues. I purchased $155 worth of groceries and showed them my receipt yet they wanted to look into my purchase. I felt really humiliated by this and never going back to freshco at confed ever again. I would like to see them get fired. Just disgusting.
I don't like Stupidstore . Here, it's quiet and no homeless . Produce is good . Good selection . It's like a budget Sobeys or an upscale No Frills.
