If you want high quality groceries, this is your place. Its conveniently located at King and Spadina and is essentially a small grocery store. But the quality of food and produce are very high. Prices are not much higher, so very good value overall. They also offer many specialty items and drinks, as well as hot food to go.

Small grocery store with good produce and lots of healthy options. A bit expesive.

I went to 2 other stores looking for something and decided to try here. Much to my surprise they had it. I can't believe just how much stuff they have. The place is packed with lots of variety.

Urban Oasis, especially good are their prepared salads, sandwiches, and other deli items. They also offer a small selection of quality meats with unique seasonings and sauces. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Great little grocery store in King West. Wonderful hot counter. Meats are expensive but quality. Well priced and fresh coffee in the mornings.
