Fresh in your Fridge is the ultimate luxury meal service. I didn’t want to have to worry about cooking healthy meals during a particularly busy couple of months and a move. It’s such a treat to have incredible meals customized for my exact nutritional needs and taste preferences. I feel nourished and taken care of in a way that I didn’t think I’d get from a ‘meal service’. It was really fun reviewing my weekly menus and my chef, Jacky, was super easy to communicate with. On top of it all, the delivery drivers were so awesome and just added to this world class service. Thanks Erika and team! Can’t recommend you enough!!
I love Fresh in your Fridge services. With three small children its hard to balance a healthy diet while managing their needs as well. The meals are simple but delicious. The variety, the portions, and the flavor are all the write home about. Its a simple, straight forward and easy process that I find very valuable to a busy working mom! Highly Recommend!
We began using Fresh in Your Fridge in the last two weeks of my pregnancy and through the first trimester. It was such a relief to have healthy, fresh meals curated for us during such a transitional period and I would highly recommend it for any expecting families. Communication with the entire team was amazing from the very beginning as we created our profile, tailoring menus with our chef for both personal preferences and sensitivities during breastfeeding that were ever evolving and the delivery team.
We have been customers of fresh in your fridge since August 2021 and we are very happy with our meals and the service provided. Enrollment was easy and our dietary needs were carefully discussed and considered in setting up our menus. The delivery process works well and is always on time as promised. Staff are friendly, cheerful, helpful and and flexible if the need arrises. Our Chef’s weekly menu proposals are always received as scheduled and plenty of time is provided to suggest changes if we want. We have had the pleasure of enjoying Jacky's meals and now we look forward each week to our Chef Summer’s imaginative and delicious food. Her menus are varied, interesting, creative and always tasty. The quality of ingredients is high and the quantity ample. We are pleased to recommend.
WOW! We are a busy couple, working long hours and are so grateful to have found Fresh in your Fridge. The first week has us hooked. It was so rewarding coming to the end of each work day and knowing that we didn't have to think about cooking, cook or plan for the next day. The meals were delicious, flavourful and had great variety. Our chef Jacky was quick to make any changes for next time and the services from the team has been beyond what we expected.
My partner and I have been doing Fresh in your Fridge for over 3 months. It really is a wonderful service, we have several dietary restrictions plant-based, low fodmap, and gluten-free and somehow our chef comes up with new creative recipes week after week. While other meal services may provide meals that taste really good, FYIF ensures that every recipe is balanced and uses only unprocessed whole ingredients that are fresh and bought the day before. The chef they paired us with is also really great, she's easy to communicate with and is happy to make any adjustments we want to make. The service is also zero waste and comes in glass containers which was important to us. The entire FIYF has been awesome to work with, highly recommend.
Fresh in Your Fridge has been a great choice for me since dealing with food intolerances. It can quickly get tiring have to cook all of your own food even if you once enjoyed cooking. And even if you cook everything for yourself, it is time intensive and too easy to get into a rut/bored with your own food. Their excellent chefs come up with creative, tasty & healthy meal options for me taking into account my specific dietary needs and preferences. Having this service helped me get through a surgery while living alone as well. No doubt the healthy food helped me heal up faster too. It is a luxury service for sure and not comparable to the meal kit type of things that do not work for me. But if you struggle with food intolerances, time to cook, mental or physical energy or injuries, or just want a break, I highly recommend contacting them. It has been worth it for me to have this personalized and friendly service.
I used Fresh in your Fridge for about six months, and I have to say that I can't think of a single complaint. From the intake process to the cancellation, everyone there was friendly and involved. My Chef, Allison, was inventive, attentive, and always quick to respond, and the food she sent my way was fantastic: zucchini bolognese, ribs, chicken caesar salad, curry, stew, burgers, the works. Full disclosure: the reason I stopped was financial, and using their services for a single person is a bit steep, but if you can find a friend or have a partner to split costs with it would be downright reasonable. Their family plans even moreso. If you're too busy to find time to cook and can't stomach another dinner from Skip which you must be, because you're here reading these reviews definitely give them a try.
I have been using Fresh in Your Fridge for well over a year and my family and I love it! I found FIYF after searching online for meal service options and what sold me is that they cater to your individual dietary preferences/restrictions. I had a sudden onset of a chronic illness that brought on new dietary restrictions, and no energy to cook, so FIYF has been a lifesaver. Alicia, our chef, makes delicious meals and snacks, while accounting for my food restrictions which have fluctuated and changed continuously and the preferences of the rest of the family. I needed to follow low FODMAPs for a long time, and I was very sensitive to refined carbs and sugar. Alicia helped me with the reintroduction of higher FODMAP foods in a safe way. Alicia’s meals are always so tasty and varied, even when my diet was very restricted. She also makes delicious and healthy treats that always agree with my sensitive stomach, even when all other sweets made me feel awful. We have many favorite meals and snacks that we ask for on repeat, such as kale chips for my 14 yr old and chickpea blondies for me!
My partner and I were only able to enjoy FIYF for a short time due to personal circumstances, but the food was delicious and our chef was very responsive to feedback. The whole team was very easy to work with and made the onboarding and delivery process a breeze.
