This is fine dining at it's best! The food and the service are superb. Dining in a train cart is a wonderful and relaxing experience. We spent about 3 and a half hours here, we didn't even feel the time. We had a lovely evening. Please note it is a reservation only establishment and the menu changes every 6 weeks.
The ambiance is beautiful. The food is so amazing. The people that are running the place are amazing. This is definitely a place to keep going back to every time. We don't even mind the hour and a half drive that it takes to get there from Fredericton. Worth every single penny sent.

This was our second visit to Fresh...the first we figured was five years ago. Since our first visit, both my partner and I have been recommending Fresh to everyone and waiting for our next opportunity to visit. This time I had the chef's surprise and it was delicious. 'Rich' would be an understatement but the flavours were superb. Wendy had char...cooked and prepared wonderfully. The appetizers were to die for. We shared the chocolate dessert and it was fine. Another of the reasons we enjoy Fresh, besides the great food and personal service is the music that's playing in the train car. Sara has excellent taste in her music, as well as her chefs. Truly a five star dining experience.
Excellent food and unforgettable experience dining in an old, wonderfully renovated Canadian Pacific railcar. I especially enjoyed the appies and sorbet between courses. Sarah was also amazing at recommending drinks to complement the meal.

Go here! This is a great little spot. Wonderful ambience, great service, and food that is simply over the top! We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary, but decided we will be going regularly. It is in an old train car, so a little small, and there are stairs to climb to get in, but that sets the mood for the evening. And it is an evening. Plan 2 -4 hours for your meal. No rush, lots of time to connect with your date or friends or family Simply a wonderful evening.
Amazing service and amazing food. Very cozy welcoming environment! Fantastic place for an evening out! Recommend for give it a try even if its out of your comfort zone. Sara does a great job accommodating all situations! Will always be my top favorite restaurant
Sara is the best hostess you could ever get. Fresh is her baby and it shows in her decor and how she respects her guests. The quality of food served is five star with a very reasonable price. If you get a chance to get here you should order the chief special and you will not be disappointed.
I have been to awesome restaurants all over the Globe. Australia to Asia, the Arctic to South America. The best meal and dining experience I have ever had is Fresh! Hope they are re opening soon, because it is the greatest I have experienced.
