Great place to get a fresh extracted juice to start the day. We were visiting here in Medicine Hat and wanted a healthy option to just coffee and water. Found this place and were pleased with the quality and taste of the veggie juice we had. A little pricey but worth it instead of cheaper quality stuff. Service was friendly and fast, location was bright and clean too.
Fresh Healthy Cafe was very accommodating in our choice of table and space. It is airy, opening and has larger to small table in eating areas. If you like fresh, rather than grease, they have an all day breakfast menu plus other choices of salads, wraps, paninis, smoothies and more with great taste! Only caveat was no menus and having to stand in line to place an order.
Fresh food, nice atmosphere, great staff. Favorites are their Beach Salad, Southwest Wrap and Tortilla Soup.
Delicious FRESH smoothies with freshly squeezed fruit and veggies! Highly recommended their Kale Pineapple smoothie. However, I tried their panini one day and their wrap the next day and it just wasn't up to par. The chicken had tendons in it still, the quality of the sandwhich ingredients just weren't there. 4/5 cause I would still visit FRESH for their juices and smoothies!
Eat here regularly... great healthy choices... Great portions!. Great choice for the healthy or weight conscious.
I really enjoyed this place my Mediterranean wrap was excellent, clam soup ok , just lacked something, did eat it all tho. I FIND IT DISHONEST THAT MY POSITIVE REVIEW IS STILL HERE, BUT MY NEGATIVE REVIEW HAS BEEN REMOVED BY THE OWNER, HOW MANY OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS HAVE BEEN TAKEN DOWN, ? ????.
Great place for a vegetarian to stop on a road trip! It's tough to find healthy, lighter options for me on the road. This place was wonderful and just what I needed. My travelling companion isn't vegetarian and also enjoyed his lunch quite a bit. Nice staff, clean restaurant and good location. It is a bit pricier but worth it for fresh food.
My favourite healthy spot. I drive across town quite frequently just for their amazing smoothies!! & I've never been given an order that's been made wrong. They are always quick and accurate.
This place is a great for a vegan in need of a quick bite... however these people portray themselves as restaurant that caters to customers who want healthier and more eco-sustainable meal choice. I will give 5 stars if they quit using Nestle products and install a bicycle rack near the store. The whole drink cabinet is nothing but Nestle, and why would you cater to healthy people and NOT have a place to lock up bikes?
True my stay in Medicine Hat I discovered this cafe I found it very delicious I had the turkey avocado bacon I also had the avocadosmoothie. And then I picked up some gluten-free chocolate brownies some cool looking muffin super healthy looking i as well as a cookie
