I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter's job on her 21st birthday. I made very clear the time of delivery. The flowers never showed up. I was so upset, as I paid good money for this order and was excited about this surprise. I had to ask her if they were received. She obviously said, "No" and this ruined the surprise. When I called Mike to inquire, he said they forgot about the order. By then it was too late to deliver and other delivery arrangements had to be made. Zero competence. I am very upset over this and will never use this florist again.

Simply the BEST! I live out of state and rely on Fresh & Fancy to send smiles to my mom. The customer service is top notch and mom always RAVES about the flower arrangements.

Placer my order for Valentine's day two weeks ahead because I knew the flowers I wanted were a special order. Staff talked the through the arrangement over the phone and nailed it. Walked in and the young lady at the counter was extremely friendly and engaging with my young daughter.
