Really fresh coffee when I visited a week ago near closing. Had a peanut butter cup and coffee with my dad who got a muffin and coffee as well. Very nice ambience and plentiful seating. Will return this year for another Java and a snack! Lots of parking too.
I think this is possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and witnessed. The middle aged guy at the till I assume the owner couldn’t be more rude or impatient…. Consistently, each time … so it’s not just a one off bad day. Not just to me but to the customers before and after. It’s too bad as they make a good salad, but that’s the last time I go. Listening to him berate and ‘man-splain’ to an elder woman behind me asking about coffee was just too much. Treated her like an ignorant child, it was gross… wouldn’t talk to a kid like that either.
I enjoyed friendly service and delicious food today at the Fresh Cup Roastery Cafe. One of the soup and sandwich specials definitely was a satisfying meal break on the walk home. The medium roast was great too. - I would Definitely recommend to friends.
The best coffee shop I have ever been to! The coffee is outstanding and the staff is always so helpful and accommodating! The food is great too, would definitely recommend you pay a visit to this lovely place!
Dear manager, I would recommend you to work on your coffee skills as a barista the latte was not foamed correctly considering you took 15 min when it was dead slow . Second, work on either your anger issues or understand how to treat your customers. Otherwise, your business is not going anywhere.
Great staff and some excellent baking choices. A very nice covered area outside for those with pets or who enjoy the outdoor experience. The inside is clean with lots of seating. Good WiFi signal available for the working/non social types :-. Parking is occasionally a problem as the parking lot behind is often full and the curbside parking is limited. If you don't mind a bit of a stroll there is a larger parking lot down the street and around the corner adjacent to the supermarket.
Dear Grumpy Fresh Cup Manager, I have never written a review in my life, but I felt the compulsion to warn future customers away from your establishment. My day was going so well until we met. You were very rude to both me and your employees. You should be ashamed to treat your employees with such disrespect. You shouldn't yell at the people who trust you for employment and a paycheck. Go to anger management classes, please. I would rather slowly drain buckets of my own blood than give you my money. The young person who served me was lovely though.
i loved the friendly environment and how polite the young lady Ella was. 10/10 will return and hope this business get the acknowledgement it damn deserves !
Before ordering, the older man making coffee was berating the staff, saying they should have "learned better during training". Then he took 15mins to make a small cappuccino. I feel bad for the staff, but I'm not coming back.
Best Americano I’ve ever had and the service is top tier! Would recommend to anyone! Will be back many of times for sure!
