I just moved back to Riverton after having tremendous care in Cheyenne and to say that this place is a giant disappointment is an understatement! I scheduled my daughter an appointment as a new patient for today at 3 pm ( it is currently 1:58), two weeks ago. I got a confirmation text last Thursday and replied YES to confirm. I am a teacher and this morning during class at 8:30 I received a call that I could not answer. They left a message and told me if I did not call back by 9 am they were going to cancel my appointment. I did not check my phone until lunch. After two phone calls they would NOT let me keep my appointment. I took time off of work and they did not seem to care. 1. What type of business calls and gives 30 min to return a call?! I'm pretty sure 24 hours is typical of a reputable place. 2. What is the point of a text confirmation if you don't follow it? I have no clue what the Doctor there is like, but if he wants to continue getting business, he better obtain a more competent office staff and have reputable practices! Thank gosh Western Family was able to squeeze me in last minute today!

The staff at Fremont County Pediatrics go above and beyond in caring for children. Dr. Barnes is a wonderful pediatrician who truly cares about his patients and their families. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great clinic and caring physicians who have taken care of several generations of kids in Fremont County! Their nurse practitioners are top notch as well!
