Had warranty service done on my sled, they tried to guilt me into not getting the work done by telling me that the manufacture didn't pay them enough for warranty work. Parts Prices are inflated. Has OK selection. Almost no customer service, you have to approach them, they give u the feeling that you have interrupted them. Been there many times since there arn't many options around.
