It's such a wonderful place, the service is amazing and the waiters are very welcoming. The food is delicious, with a beautiful buffet set up. I've been there twice already and I'll go back again.Food: 5/5
What a warm, comfortable, cute and charming restaurant. Simon was wonderful and sang happy birthday to my BFF. The buffet was plentiful and more than amazingly delicious, and was very reasonably priced. I mentioned to the manager that they were out of Eggs Benedict and he showed up at our table about 2 minutes later with a perfectly made, hot Eggs Benny. I will definitely be returning to this relaxing, friendly place again. In fact, it may be my new go-to breakfast place. Definitely worth the drive.
We were the first customers of the restaurant at the soft opening. All of the food in the buffet was excellent. One issue we had was a plate came out cold, but it was remade for us. Service was excellent and everyone is friendly.Food: 5/5
This place looks nice and brunch buffet food was bad. It takes a very long time for them to refill the buffet trays. You also have to make your own waffle and wait 5 minutes. I would say skip the waffles as it doesn’t taste good. You are better off with the frozen waffle from your local grocery store. Overall, the food isn’t good. This place seems to be understaffed as the dishes on the tables of the customers that left was still there from when we got there and by the time we left the establishment we were there for over an hour. Don’t wait for a waiter to reach out to you to get serviced as they are running around left and right. You will need to get their attention to get service. Overall, this place could be better if they add more staff and carefully plan to ensure the buffet trays aren’t empty for too long and fill them up with better cooked food.
We enjoyed brunch, there was a good selection of food, hot & cold, salads bar, soups, and desserts. My favorite dish was the poutine, perfect amount of gravy and cheesy goodness! Definitely will return again!Food: 4/5
Walked passed this place hundreds of times. Boy were those mistakes. Probably one of the best breakfasts buffets I have ever had. A very large collection of perfectly cooked breakfast foods. Several types of eggs, meats, soups, fruits, breads and desserts. The only thing that stood out more then the calming clean atmosphere was the cheery smile and demeanor of my waitress Santana : . I immediately felt welcomed and catered too. She was well knowledgeable with an insatiable laugh. I am from Ontario and far from home. This lady made me feel like i was at home. Amazing. 100% will recommend and will return. Probably a sunday regular. P.s. menu options are available as well, not just buffet.
The employees are very friendly and helpful. You have the choice to enjoy a breakfast buffet or order from a separate menu if you chose to. There is a nice wide spread of breakfast items from eggs Cooke scrambled to poached, waffles, French toast, bacon, sausages and hashbrowns. There is a separate table with just different pastries, and another one with fruit and salads with the fixings. I had a hot chocolate for my hot beverage, ajd it was actually pretty good. Then even always add whipped cream as the topping Definitely would recommend checking out this place. The buffet price is really good too. Only costs $20.00 a person, and that included our drinks when I got my bill.
It’s not a bad place.. most staff is pleasant and trying hard regardless of their transpiring lack of experience. Particularly one server was really loud we could hear him 15 feet away. The warm food trays weren’t kept tidy and were quite messy, not enough room for service utensils and to where put the lid. The food prep is average, the selection satisfactory. It tries to be classy with the table setup, table cloths and all. They may get there if adequate supervision is provided.
Tried this place out for the first time today. Sunday brunch at 10:30 is definitely a busy time and I knew that going in but, it was too overwhelming for the staff to handle. Without a reservation we were told I would take 10 mins to be seated which it totally fine. After 10 mins we were given a table and there was stringy black hair all over the white table cloth. Because the servers were so busy and understaffed we didn’t even have time to mention it to have it resolved and just covered with cloth napkins. We ordered water as we saw that ordering any other drink would be an inconvenience to do the staffing issues. Mind you we still got halfway through our plate before the water came out. I don’t blame the staff today as they said many people called in sick BUT they really need to hire more to be prepared in this situation. I felt so bad for the two guys running around doing their best. The food was just middle of the road, the soup pots were totally empty so I couldn’t try the soup and the bacon was cut incredibly thick and hard to chew. The dessert squares saved the day for me! Amazing! The French decor was kinda mild. They could do more to make the atmosphere better. Overall - hire more staff - check the food and soups more often and clear/clean tables more often. Decent price. Might try again.
A cute breakfast place that is in walking distance from many neighborhoods around the ravine. The brunch buffet is a great option, and the food was good. I think it would probably be more yummy if ordered off the menu as it would be really fresh & hot. Our server was nice and took care of us. The seating was fine and the environment would be disability/walker friendly. The outside of the building was a little under-whelming however, and a couple of the windows at the restaurant were broken right next to our table so that was a little off-putting.
