Story

French Lunch is a meal shop and cafe. Our mission is to provide healthy, hearty, and wholesome European-based meals for busy people. Whether you're a commuter, a working parent, an exhausted student, a bored officer worker, or just someone without the time to cook at home, we're here to feed you. Our specialty is take-home food that's microwaveable and oven-ready. We're located just outside Oakville GO Station at 187 Cross Avenue. Drop in and check us out if you're nearby. We love seeing new faces!

Our special feature is a French Combo lunch. It includes a starter, main course, and dessert. This combo's perfect for both the classroom and the office – all of our containers are microwaveable, so you can have a delicious, hot, three-course lunch ready in a couple of minutes. No microwave? Don't worry, we have a microwave in-store available for you to use.

Similarly, French Lunch dinners are oven-ready. Our dinner menu consists French culinary classics like escargot, potato au gratin, coq au vin, beef provençal, ratatouille, Crêpe Suzette, Cannelés de Bordeaux, and other Canadian and European favourites.

We've also got a variety of classic and modern European snack foods in stock, plus some Canadian ones.
