They ruined a pair of wool pants. When I spoke to the owner about them he didn't show any interest. The person working the counter agreed that the pants had probably been mistakenly put in the regular wash instead of being dry-cleaned. I won't use this business again.

Horrible experience with this business Shameful customer service Dropped off a uniform dress to get cleaned and came back with hole and chemical stains Owner does not want to talk or settle Came in with receipt of dress for reimbursement and will not reimburse me or even talk to me Upsetting and disturbing experience with this business Will never use again
