Very rude bunch of women, they don't answer phone calls. I've visited multiple times to update my registration and titles on vehicles I own and once had a lady remark "there's multiple cars at that house and they probably don't live there" to which I responded she was more than welcome to come verify that each vehicle at my address was accounted for. Wasn't given any good service after. Zero stars if I could.
They lost my original Registration for my vehicle while I wait 16 weeks for my Plates. The privileges of serving your Country Disabled Veteran Now I drive with no registration till I get a copy of my original, how long will that take? Worse than California DMV..........
Getting plates with this chronvirus is next to impossible. They need a better system becuse the way there doing it is not working. You have to call then wait for 24+ hours to get a call back. Heaven forbid you miss there call becuse you have other errands to take care of and can't sit around d the phone waiting.
I wish I could have given this place 0 stars. I’ve visited this place multiple times and their customer service has been absolutely terrible. I have yet to talk to a friendly, helpful clerk. Instead of answering questions- they belittle you. One clerk even made the comment “I’m not listening to you anymore” when trying to understand what she was saying.
This. Place is working hard insuring my civial liberties. Shout out to the people doing their job. Candra was thorough and knew exactly what I needed.Thank you again!
What an awful group of women. So unhelpful and rude for the sake of being rude. Get it together. I realize they think they're fancy because they work at the Courthouse, but these ladies are the WORST. Zero Stars.
Does anyone read these reviews. To be completely ignored while being only one in line is very rude.
Most of the people are helpful And kind.
Sometimes it's like no one even works there!
