Service team is great especially Jim. They get the work done and ready at the time promised. Great to get email reminders and be able to book online. Need to have electric vehicles available.

Went to purchase a new SUV and used truck. While I was in there I felt as though I was bothering them. The sales rep didn't seem motivated to sell. I ended up going with Nissan because of there amazing staff. Cobourg ford you lost a sale.

Not ashamed of delivering a damaged car with dirty rags in the trunk. Sloppy in every department. Service not filing the proper paperwork, returning the car dirty with grease on the outside of the car and they always charge you a 4 dollars for shop parts even when the job does not require anything from the shop. Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this place.

LOVE the service, the staff is honest & trustworthy. Always pleasant and actually know what they are doing. I would strongly recommend this dealership.
