This restaurant has a good, promising menu. Unfortunately, that's about all it has. The atmosphere is bland, service is ok, and food was not very good. The steak I had was overdone a bit, mushroom sauce lacked any flavour. The chicken Marsala my wife had tasted awful. It tasted of oil that was just used to fry up some sea food. When we mentioned this to the waiter he blamed it on the quality of chicken these days and that sometimes it's just not good, like when you're getting it from Costco. Huh? He did try to make up for it by not charging us for desert, which unfortunately was not very good either. Best part of the meal was the wine and bread, but that can be had at plenty of other restaurants. One more disappointing part of the experience was that it was my birthday, which was mentioned at time of making reservations, yet the waiter never said one thing about this. Earlier in the day I had gone to Denny's for lunch where I was very impressed with them remembering and treating me very well. Not at this place. I would not recommend it, nor would I come back.

High End Italian food in the heart of Downtown Toronto

Okay meal and service. Nothing outstanding, but not bad.

Given my dietary restrictions, I had asked the server/manager what dishes would be suitable for me. He very rudely said I have a lot of food problems, while even refusing to pass me the cheese as he remarkably exclaimed "MILK has eggs so you cannot have anything here". Other than that, the food was rather overpriced, wait times were rather ridiculous and service was below satisfactory.

Hidden gem in the heart of Toronto. Quiet quality. Great service. The calamari were delicious and the home made ravioli a delight. If you want a very good Italian dinner with great, friendly service, this is the place.

Enter the door and you are treated like family - even first timers. The hostess wants to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of, even if it is a busy night. You are never rushed. She will go rooting for just the right wine for you to make sure your meal is special. Meals are exquisite, properly prepared and seasoned. If something was done incorrectly or you received the wrong dish, this are corrected immediately, no hassle. I will go back to this cozy little spot next trip to Toronto

Overpriced, fouled food and terrible service - “Italian Food” by East Indian Bangladeshi owner! Frozen cut carrots and beans during late summer barely steamed and the scallop was fouled ...bad smelling! “King prawns” were like an 1.5” size. The place was almost empty now I know why! still the service was so slow ...the owner was the server/cashier ! I wouldn’t recommend this place!

We visited this restaurant - service was good - friendly clean atmosphere . We were the only ones in the entire restaurant which was odd . Our food was very good - veal Marsala and my wife had salmon . Music in the restaurant could be a bit more uplifting and portions a bit larger . We will try again !

Great services, delicious food! Me and my boyfriends first time in Toronto and really enjoyed our evening here. The atmosphere was great, the server was attentive and funny. Thank you for the great experience!
