Franksville Mart

Sad to say, but business has been bad lately. Been customer for 20+ years like other review, but they are not same company any more. They tried to repair our furnace and ultimately said they would refund our money. Have not received the refund.... Ultimately called another company and they determined that Franksville Oil installed the wrong part and installed it improperly. Now we have two repair bills for one repair.... I wish they would just fix the problem they created. Be happy to edit this review....

I have used this company for over twenty years. My experiences with the staff is that they have been responsive and professional. I have always been impressed with how quickly they handle my calls. I am on "keep fill" oil and also get gas tanks for my fireplace. They installed an air conditioning system in my 100+ year old house. It has never had a problem, and I have had it for more than 18 years. They maintain my furnace and it has been working great. I am happy to have them as my preferred vendor, and wanted to make sure they had my review on record.
