Just purchased a 2017 Edge SE this week and I give both Franklin Ford and my salesman Tom D 5-stars for delivering to me the vehicle of my choice, at the best price I could find. Tom made the sales process easy, no sales gimmicks, and was able to have the vehicle ready for pickup the same day I purchased it. I would recommend Tom and Franklin Ford to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. The entire dealership was polite and professional and made the experience easy!

I have just purchased my second, new Ford Edge (2017) at Franklin Ford. The 2017 Ford Edge SEL, with all wheel drive, is an absolute fantastic vehicle. The fit, finish, performance and features of the vehicle are incredible. Ford continues to build an exceptional vehicle in the 2017 Ford Edge. As to the experience at Franklin Ford it was again world class from start to finish. They again found me the exact vehicle I wanted. The negotiation phase was a win-win for all involved. The paperwork process was flawless and the delivery of my new vehicle was first class. The vehicle was spotless and my sales consultant took the right amount time to insure I left with my new vehicle with complete confidence. Without a doubt, my second car buying experience at Franklin Ford was just as fantastic as the first time. Thank you to the entire Franklin Ford team.

As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and felt welcome. No waiting around for someone to help, right away I was introduced to their truck sales specialist. I never felt pressured and ALL my questions were answered. They made my transition from old truck to new truck seamless. They gave me a fair trade in value, simplified the paperwork and most importantly I felt comfortable. I will definitely buy my next truck at Franklin Ford! Thanks guys!
