I have been living here for a while now. I love it. The staff is great. The winters are into bad, enjoy the atmosphere. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful .

Worst, WORST , possible Wi-Fi I have ever had even with my own internet provider. What should take no more than 30 seconds to load can take up to 39 minutes just to load MSN or, god help you, CNN, just to see what's going on in the world. The addition of another router has NOT fixed or corrected the issue at all in the least. In fact, adding the other two routers, hasn't improved anything at all. If you try to watch Netflix here? You are wasting your money and time. Nice park, very well kept up and pretty decently located. Wi-Fi here? Get two tin cans and a whole lotta string... You'll need it.

Very neatly trimmed grass yards with a nice concrete pad for your Rv as well as your vehicle. Full hookups including 50amp Svc. 25 cents gets you a 10 minute shower. Bathrooms are clean. Dust Devils baseball stadium within walking distance. Walmart is close by.
