Frankie's Fried Chicken

Oh my gosh I had the best chicken here, it was a 10/10, so moist and delicious and I loved there tasty little donuts! It was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sights and the sounds of the ocean while we enjoyed our lunch!

Absolutely delicious lunch!! Tender, juicy chicken with a crispy crust, home made fries. Very Friendly service and super fast. Oh- we got free doughnuts upon arrival! Even the dog for a treat. Definitely worth a visit. And the doughnuts were delicious- for some for the road

The most juicy and tender chicken ever. Home style fries and yummy donut bites. The snack pack is great value. Three large chicken tenders, enough fries and two donut bites that are to die for. This is a must stop place when heading up island.

Chicken tenders were probably the best I've ever had. Piping hot and moist. Really good. The onion rings weren't great. Would have never known there was any onion. Just batter. Donuts and toast were good. I would go back for sure, but strictly for the chicken tenders only.

Got the special poutine chicken burger with onion rings... $27 for 2 tenders on a bun with some cheese and fries and a tiny amount of rings. Sandwich sucked and just tasted like a bun full of gravy and mayo. Total ripoff, still hungry.

We didn’t even get time to take a picture of the french fries they were so good! The best we’ve ever had. The chicken was tender and the outside was perfectly crispy. We will be returning, and more than once! This is a don’t miss it restaurant!!!

Friend of mine suggested we eat here cause they have the best chicken. She was RIGHT! Yo, the chicken is so crunchy on the outside, and SO tender on the inside. Staff was friendly, and our order was quick. If I lived in Comox I would eat here all the time.

If you're in the Comox-Courtenay area, Frankie's is the place for a quick and tasty bit of chicken and chips. Price was reasonable & lots of food the box for 1 could feed 2 if you're not super hungry. Frankie's is a local institution and worth a visit. If it's not raining, there are some picnic tables on the water otherwise, it's take away or car food. It's a funky little place & one I'll head back to when I'm nearby.

Wife and I order here all the time, I have lived in alot of places, tried alot of different styles of chicken, and even made it through the great KFC chickenrush of Courtenayby the friend skin of my bird, i might add in the early months of 2022.. But let me tell ya this... Frankies might hands down.. be the best chicken I have ever had In BC, maybe in western Canada... they make a damn fine fried bird i must say. and those icing caked hot deep friend donuts at the end... omg boy let me tell yea whut... Im gettin hungry just thinkin about it. other chickin in the valley has left me dissapointed.. but never frankies!
