Kinda mad. My Dad recommended Franks as he had gone to him several times for his tires.  While I was out with my Dad today, he had me stop to get new tires put on. Made an appointment, even confirmed the appointment. When I got there early, they said to wait. An hour past my appointment time, I left without new tires. Don't think I will be back, or my Dad.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!  These guys sold me winter tires that don't properly fit my car!!!! 3 different mechanics from 3 different places all tell me the tires and rims are wrong for the car including my dealership from where i bought my car but the people at Frank's flat out say it's not the tires they sold me!! They refuses to listen and they were extremely rude to my husband!! If you screw up at least own up to it!  I wouldn't give them your business if you don't know exactly what you need for your car because it seems like they'll take advantage of people that don't understand much about cars just to make a sale.

Amazing service Frank is very professional fast and reliable.  I own a performance car those tires have to be pre-order Frank's tires  always have them in stock very affordable and reliable  . Highly recommended . Great business experience  this is my second time with this shop and these guys never disappointed me . From now on this is is my go to always Thank you guys

Had my winter tires put on and storing my all season tires service was wonderful quick and I can't wait to go back again

Two days ago one of tired replaced there Lexus rx350 2020. After I left the shop the pressure sensor read pressure 44 psi at back tires and the  one replaced is 39 and the other 40. I turn back to the shop and I asked the guy why the pressure is like this and why it’s not 33 as mentioned on car. He said use the car for one day and if it’s not change come back to me!!! What!! the car is 2020…. As professional people he should not say that and he should check the pressure by him self or ask one of technician do that. Beside that at home I noticed the cup of the valve has been replaced with been replaced with very bad quality and not the original one which is comes Aluminum.

Great customer service and pricing. Recently purchased a set of Firestone Indy 500's for my 2013 Chrysler 300S. Carm was a great help. Got a super deal plus a Firestone rebate. I definitely would recommend Frank's Tire for all your tire needs.

Needed new tires that I was having difficulty finding stock of at other places. Dropped in to Frank's Tire on the off chance they would be able to help. Sam said they had stock and quoted me about half the cost I had been seeing online. I returned with my car half an hour later with another pair of tires I wanted swapped. All of the work was completed within the hour. Over the past year I have bought 6 full sets of tires for personal and company vehicles and all of that business will be going through Frank's Tire moving forward.

Called  in to  see if  i could get  new tires installed  on my  rims and was  talked down to by a rude   guy at the counter who has been there for years and clearly hates his job and probably his life. He would barely  have a intelligent conversation with me and felt rushed like i was  annoying him. He is arrogant, rude and just  hung up on me after keeping me on hold for almost 10 minutes.  Would give them a zero.   This is terrible because i bought  2 sets of new Michelins  from him years ago which all experienced  premature tire rot  and didn’t  expect  this king of  experience  as a returning customer. Avoid this shop went to Queenston tire instead   and had a great  experience  with a owner who actually cares about  customer service

Great service & reasonable prices. This is the second time I've brought my vehicle in for a set of new tires. Called in to find proper sizing and was able to bring my car in within the hour for a new set. They have a clean waiting area with seats marked off for social distancing, so I was able to wait inside while they completed my vehicle. The shop attendee is friendly and knowledgeable, and they put my new tires on in about 45 mins-hour. They also offered to check the torque of the tires when they reach 50 kilometers as a courtesy. I highly recommend Frank's Tire!
