Oh wow! Frank’s “East” is open for delicious breakfast & lunch…. and when that closes, Frank’s “West” opens for dinner and drinks. The two Frank’s locations are immediately beside each other in downtown Zeeland. My last visit was at Frank’s West. I had the most delicious burger and incredible onion rings. Their drink specials are out of this world. It’s too bad they close early, around 9 PM. Super friendly employees and dinner/drinks are a bargain! THEY HAVE $2 DRINK SPECIALS I don’t recall the last time I saw a $2 drink special anywhere!
Wow... This is the Frank's I grew up with but even better than I remember. Generous portions, and a really tasty burger. We had a baby this morning at Zeeland Hospital, so I snuck out for some local to go. Greated with a smile and nice conversation with the guys flipping patties, was really heart warming on this wonderful day. Thank you for the experience... I will definitely be back

I have gone to Frank's many time's throughout the years and have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. This was the first time I visited the "new" space and it was great. I can't think of a nicer place to sit with some friends and catch up with them and have a great burger and an adult beverage. The service was great. I had the Tuesday burger with onion ring and it was just as I remembered. Also the price for my wife and I was under $30, so I was pleased with that as well because good food and good service does come at a price. We will definitely be coming back more often.
Waitress was amazing!!! She was bartender, hostess, and waitress all in one! Place was hopping and so was she! She had a gentleman help deliver food and bus tables. Together they took care of a near capacity restaurant. Food was amazing as always! Frank’s is a Zeeland staple! Been around a very long time! Still best burger around!! Did I mention the fries?? Wow!! You get so many fries!! Hot and delicious to accompany the perfect burger!! I definitely recommend Frank’s if you are in the area!!
Horrible place to eat. First of all when we entered the sign by the door said "please seat yourself :" so we proceeded to a empty table in the corner by the front window. Approximately 10 seconds later an employee most likely owner, very snappy and conceded came over to us and snapped at us and told us there was a waiting list which was posted no where. So we went and waited in the waiting area for a good 10 mins until we were called to sit in the same table we were going to sit at reminder no one has been sitting there. After we were directed to take a seat we waited over 30 min just to be greeted and asked for our drinks and order. An hour later our two burgers fries and mozzarella sticks arrived. Burgers were tough and buns were as hard as leather could barley even bite them. The french fries were very poorly under cooked, and to top it all off there was hair in both our drinks. Half way through trying to eat our meal one of the workers yelled at the top of his lungs "No more refills on water!" I don't know what this was in regards to but found it very unprofessional. This will not be a place we will be visiting ever again :

This place serves up some great old school burgers and fries. If you’re feeling dangerous, add some onion rings to the order. Cash only though so make sure you bring enough.
I just visited this restaurant. A Friday at 1 PM and they were insanely busy! Despite the fact that they were completely full I got a level of customer service and hospitality that I don’t think I’ve had at any other restaurant before. Their service is what you’d expect from a super fancy high end restaurant. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
I filled up on a really nice single olive burger with cheese and a 1/2 order of fries at the counter. The place was busy at noon on a Wednesday, but it opened up a little by 1pm. Everyone was friendly and the food was very good and it came with the "old school" wax paper burger wrap I love. Lots of history with Frank's and some of it is on the wall. I'll be back!
