The staff are great and the service is good. But the lumber prices are ridiculous. Still charging covid prices when everyone else is back down quite a bit. Won't be buying any more lumber here.
I had lumber cut months ago and was concerned because the associate looked like he just eye balled it on the mitre saw. Measured at home and every single cut was bang on within a 32nd and accounted for the width of the bladennThat is not normal. Home Cheapo makes me pay extra for their saw guy to cut within the same postal code using a laser guide, after I measure everything out for him using an abacus and a micrometernnFrank's staff seem to just feel the grain with their nail and know where a thou is
Swing by this morning with some custom millwork for around a window. Frank was super helpful and gave me some amazing Solutions at a very reasonable price. Great little hardware store highly recommended
Looking for Yard Light Bulb. Went to 4 other Well Known stores in P.C. 3 of them had no idea what I was looking for. Never saw one B4 ever though this item has. Been around for Over 60 years. Staff knew exactly what I wanted and within 1 min Shopping was done. Staff Very good and accomodating
Love the private restroom. I think it was for employees only, but I had to go and they saw the urgency. Also, great prices on lumber.
