Frank is outstanding! He's professional, patient, knowledgeable, responsive, hard working, persistent, honest and personable. Working as our agent as buyers, he informed us the seller declined our offer. We had begun to move on mentally, looking at other homes, but unbeknownst to us, Frank continued to communicate with the selling agent, citing our reasoning for our offer and relating it to the trends in interest rates, comparables, and the market overall. They came back to us and we managed a deal and bought our new home. I also know of others who have used Frank as their agent. They shared similar stories - that he works behind the scenes and represents his clients. He's polite but he's not afraid to be assertive when representing his clients. Whether you are selling or buying, you would not do better than having Frank as your agent. If you want a good experience, one that turns out in your favour, use Frank as your agent, you won't regret it!
