I had a great experience at this dealership. The new location is very spacious and has plenty of parking, which made everything really convenient. I drove a long way to pick up my Sequoia, and it was worth it. Everyone there was very patient and helpful, and they even took the time to check a flat tire on my old car. Bawa also followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely. I really like this dealership and will definitely consider them again in the future if I need anything.
Troy sales was very accommodating and patient. He was attentive and engaging and was happy to show me several vehicles. I was having difficulty deciding what vehicle would be a good fit for me and he didn’t try to influence me either way. When I decided on a RAV4 hybrid he walked me through it several times to make sure I was comfortable.nI am hoping that my service experience will mirror my sales experience.
I just bought a new RAV4 Hybrid XLE from Toyota Prince Albert, and the entire experience was excellent. Amandeep was incredibly helpful. He listened carefully to my needs and ensured I got the right vehicle. He explained everything clearly and was patient throughout the process. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. If you’re thinking about getting a vehicle, I highly recommend checking them out.
Next time you’re canvassing for customers, maybe try something radical—like telling the truth about your new car inventory. It’s really impressive how three hybrid RAV4s magically sell out in the exact three hours between my confirmation and the customer walking in. Even more impressive is the seamless pivot to pushing a used car instead. Truly top-tier customer experience… if the goal is to lose trust as quickly as possible.happened on 2024
