Excellent customer service - I emailed with a query and they were friendly and helpful online, then when I took the car in they were fast and efficient. it was cheaper than I had expected, and they even gave the car a quick clean and vacuum. Highly recommended!

My car had not seen a shop for a year or two. Because there is no subaru in Kamloops. There shop is awesome. They will find things on the car neglected. Get you in at a timely matter. And the work shows. My car drives better than it has years. There mechanics are great!!! Franc is a great chat in the morning if you need a ride as well. Thanks guys.

Came into town with engine troubles, they diagnosed immediately, ordered parts, and had us on the road the next day. Great service and very good to deal with. They are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

The team at Franco's went above and beyond for us. We were travelling across Canada when we had an engine issue. They took us in immediately and prioritized the fix of our car. They truly embody what good customer service and genuine passion for your work are about.

Professional, courteous, prompt and they only use the best available parts. Would gladly recommend for any import or exotic vehicle needing any sort of repairs. Keep up the great work guys!
