Rochester has a lot of authentic food from different cultures around the world. Francisco's is exceptional. Easily the best street taco's in southeast MN. The jerk chicken street tacos are worth a stop. My only criticism is there is a lot of slaw on the tacos; though delicious, it does become overwhelming.
HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO EAT IN ROCHESTER! I am Puerto Rican and this place makes me feel at home. Caribbean food is underrated and needs more attention! Support this business and your stomach won’t regret it! TRY THE PAPAYA SHAKE IT IS TO DIE FOR!!!!!
Best restaurant around, hands down! Everything is so good. Love the vibe and the wonderful lady that's always working. She does a finaminal job multitasking. They now have cocoa bread as of today,I was the first customer to buy them and they are fantastic!

Great family restaurant with friendly people, large portions, and reasonable prices! Perhaps, my favorite in Rochester. Pay in cash for a cash discount. Also, you can visit their website and call them over the phone to order ahead of your arrival.
My spouse and I came into food court here to try some different things. My spouse and we have been looking for something similar to the type of food we are used to. We came here to get a Cafe con Leche and we saw they had Empanadas. We tried the Plantain and Beef Empanadas and they were amazing!! You must try!!
I've had many many Cuban sandwiches over the years and I have to say this is in my top two maybe top one. I ordered it with the slaw and the side didn't disappoint. Will definitely be ordering from here again!
How many different ways can I say delicious! We ordered a bit if everything and it was all good. The pork, chicken and oxtail were favorites. The beef empanadas hit the spot and all of the puff pastries are yummy, especially the guava. A must try!
