Bad, Bad, Bad...Don't do business with them. There are several facets to this business. 1st being the disaster mitigation team that dispatched quickly and was very prompt in 'stopping' anymore resulting issues by removing the water from our first floor. 2nd is the 'General Contractor' for repairs and restoration services. This review is based solely upon the GC of this company and its owner and its poor excuse of customer satisfaction. I was originally hesitant to hire them for GC but since the mitigation of the damage was done so quickly, I figured, why not try. This was the worst decision I made. The quote for repairs (since it was an insurance claim) was to restore to as-was ~20k. Insurance approved of it and we used this as an opportunity to upgrade some things in the kitchen (which we knew would be out of pocket expenses). France&Co subbed out all the jobs and then proceeded to not inform us or manage it in a professionally expected manner; most of the Project Management was done directly by me as they would not return phone calls promptly and I worked directly with the Subs in light of time to repair. We also elected to perform a large portion of work (from the original quote) ourselves to same a ton of money (they're markup was outrageous) and F&C agreed to it. When it came time to reconcile the bills (which I've been tracking very closely) the owner informed me the Project Manager didn't do the quote correctly (and conveniently wasn't working there anymore) and my bill is ~20k. I explained politely that there was lots of work not done by F&C and it needs to be removed from my bill...and according to the bid, equated to ~4-5k which needed removed...not to mention, all of MY time spent acting as pseudo GC and among other issues; such as not actually completing work to CODE and only coming back after multiple complaints...in the end I bit the bullet and paid my bill but with much hesitation, as I would have rather gone to Court over this unfair 'bait and switch' business practice but my family comes first and the Wife and I didn't want to spend anymore time on this terrible experience. Please save yourself the headache and do not do business with this poor excuse of a company.

France & Co., where do I start. They saved our sanity. From day to to today, we have them to thank. From the top boss man, to the work crew and the clean up crew. I could name names but they already know who they are. Each crew gave 110% to fixing and repairing the damage done to our home. This was our second time of needing them quickly and they were there for us. I do not know enough words to explain how greatful we are for all they did for us. We thank all you guys at France & Co. so very much. Bless you all.
