Definitely going there again! Light on the stomach , yet fulfilling and satisfying. Good ambience, nice location, friendly staff. Might take a few minutes to get those fresh ingredients ready but if u wanna avoid junk food and have something delicious, this is a good place for sure

Very disappointed.... we waited 25 min for our food and there was a WARM IN MY WRAP! I don’t think they wash their salad. Overall it was not good.

Great food and service. We made our own salads, portions were big and super delicious. Good music and nice decoration. One star less because it is a little pricey compared to other healthy restaurants in downtown.

We were walking back to our hotel after visiting Mount Royal and found this place for a quick lunch. We liked it! I had a wrap with chicken and mango, and the wrap was very fresh and nicely flavored. The place was cozy and staff was very friendly too!

Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile by one of the employees. The food tasted delicious and it was obvious that all the ingredients used were fresh and were executed with perfection. The ambience and the interior decor were also really inviting!!
